here is an update on my messed up quilt. Thank you ladies for letting me vent and on the suggestions that some of you gave. I took all morning taking out the quilting in that area of the quilt. Luckily the hole was close to the seam, in my first post I said I had to much material in some places, this was one, I remembered see a video on utube by Sharon Shrambers I think about a block being to big and she couldn't trim it without losing her 1/4 seam. I got my bottle of starch and spray it real good. patted down my material took the hair dryer and dried it. and was able to turn a small seam over and handstiched it and it took care of the hole. Finished it with FMQ and you can't tell there was anything wrong with it. Thank God for you all, Thank God for utube videos and the lady with the tip. I have got the binding on waiting to be stitched down and will be done. thanks and God bless you all.

Where there's a will there's a way, my momma always said. You just proved that one more time. And the wonderful folks on this board came to the rescue again!

I'm so glad that you got your quilt repaired and all turned out for the good. Now we'll be waiting for pics of the finished quilt!

That's terrific! I'll bet you're jazzed. It always feels so good to find a way around an obstacle or through a crisis. :)
