So cute! Makes the customer feel like their order was important and of high priority. Most companies make you feel like just another number these days. I love MSQC and their tutorials!

Love it - I think it's great that the people working for MSQC have such a great sense of humor, and you can tell that they love what they do.

2/3 of all the mail that comes out of Hamilton is from MSQC. That makes me feel good knowing a small company is going so well. Great marketing.

Ditto. It's wonderful that the whole family seems to have a positive, upbeat personality.

I love getting those emails! They make my day brighter. Then it's Christmas every month!

That is really funny. I'll have to place an order soon.

Yes, they are a pleasure to do business with.. I live here in MO so I am planning a trip to her shop soon... I was a LA Guild meeting yesterday and a little tidbit was shared with the group. Said the Jenny is the most popular quilter right now and that is why Fons and Porter partnered with her because they were afraid of the competition.. Don't know if that is true. But I know I love the humor that Jenny puts into her videos, she is so friendly and down to earth... Another one that is lots of fun is Eleanor Burns...
