I looked on this forum but nothing really came up so I apologize if this is a repeat question :)

Has anyone ordered from the Missouri Star Quilting Co? I just stumbled across them last week and so far everyday I have been amazed by the deal of the day. Today is free shipping day :) So anyone have any luck with them? I've seen some things I would like to order but I have been very apprehensive about buying fabric online since I cannot see or feel the quality and its hard to get the true color from a computer screen. So good? bad? Let's have it! Thanks

Oh yes, I've been sucked in by the deal of the day... I've had no problems at all, and some of the deals are great. It's all LQS quality fabric, Moda, etc.

if i didn't trust the quilt shops out there i don't think i could get by... i purchase the majority of my fabrics on line and have had very good luck doing so. it enables me to locate fabrics not available in my area broadens the possibilities. if you go to the 'fabshophop' you will find a list of about 180 different quilt shops...all unique and i think the more choices you have the better your choices. so, jump in, if you see a fabric on line you think you will love, buy it, chances are you will love it. That being said...i do stick with fabric manufacturers/designers i know so i know what kind of fabric i'm going to get...if you but Michael Miller/ Benartex/free spirit...ect. you are going to receive good quality fabrics, regardless where you find them or the cost. shop around, don't limit yourself to what you can touch...you limit yourself sooooo much.

The deal of the day has called to me a couple of times, too. Their shipping was prompt and the fabric was nice.

I try to buy a lot there, I love free their videos and the fact they take make the effort and have them for free. They give something extra and that's worth a lot.
