When I began quilting, I worked on one project at a time. At least for the piecing. But now after 2 years I have several projects underway. 2 throws planned for no one in particular, just because I like the fabric and patterns, 2 birthday wallhangings for April and May, a pillow just to try out the pattern squares and a plan in my head to make a cross pillow for my nieces confirmation in the Spring, fabrics chosen. Plus the 4 tops and 2 wallhangings that need quilting! There are just too many ideas in a quilters head to get anything accomplished it seems! Gotta love it! We are never without ideas. I can't even buy magazines anymore because of the ideas I have from the ones I already own. At least as a group we don't seem to suffer from "writers block". Happy quilting

I'm happiest when I have several things going at once. I think that's just the way I'm wired. Give me just one thing to do and I feel like it's total drudgery...so excruciatingly boring...UGH! I currently have 4 quilts that I'm working on. There are UFOs in the drawers too. I usually tackle one of them whenever I start up one of my quilting marathons, so they never sit there for ever and ever. I'm down to just 2, or 3 UFOs now.

More than one but I always thought I was slightly ADD. Can't focus on one. Get excited when another project presents itself. Might be why I have a plenty UNFINISHED

I always have several going at once and all in different stages. I also knit and crochet so usually pick those projects up in the evening. Right now I am hand sewing the binding on a queen, full-size quilt I am hand quilting on, a finished top waiting to be layered, one cut out and ready to go, one with the pattern and fabric to cut for a quilt retreat in April, several pot holders waiting to be put together for a craft sale and 2 afghans partially done with several dish cloths and scrubbies needing to be done before the seniors shop opens. I never get bored. Wish my eyes were better and my days longer. I love being busy. Sharon

Wow, what freedom to have different projects going. My Dad as well as my husband would get upset if I didn't finish what I started before beginning a new one. They are both gone now so maybe I will step outside my comfort zone and just go for it. There are so many that I want to try.

I would prefer to do one project at a time but things haven't worked like that and I have quite a few that are in various stages of being completed (or not as the case may be)-- I belong to a small quilting bee that always seems to provide projects so there is always a next one!! --makes me more flexible, maybe??

I seldom work on just one project from start to finish exclusively. What does everyone else do? More then one thing at a time or just one project?
I can concentrate only on one project at a time. It's obvious that you can work on more than one because you post so many beautiful finished projects.

I always told myself finish one before you start another! Well not this year!
Have two baby quilts going at same time! I'm so behind on things promised which is why I don't give a time frame! 3 babies all due at same time EEEK!

I get bored easily and always have different projects in the works. So glad I can shut the door and take a break from all of it. I have 4 go bags for yo yos, hexies and embroidery and some darning of socks. DH goes through socks like crazy. He won't wear them after they get a hole in them.

I have several projects going on, usually I try to have a hand quilting, a machine quilting and a small project to take with me when I have appointments etc. Eventually I finish all of them except for the ones I am not satisfied with which go in a chest to cook some more.
