I love to listen to audio books as well. I can be sewing along and get tickled at something I'm listening to, and DH will stick his head in to see if I've lost my mind !! LOL

Mostly Pink Floyd, a little hard rock from the 80's and country, and even enya. I hae a very diversified taste in music and anything goes while quilting. I also listen to a lot of talk radio. My Bose actually sits on my upstairs sewing desk.

No radio. Just throw open the doors and windows and love to hear the sounds of the world....many different cheery little bird calls, an occasional dog barking, trucks on their way to deliver supplies somewhere, cars and boats traveling up the road to the lake......even love the sound of the fan humming and the sewing machine purring.

    Always Bruce!!!

I have a very eclectic mix on my computer: Christian, folk, Broadway, etc...so I bounce around alot. Mostly when I am sewing I either have the TV or a movie on.

Hi, Happy Fourth of July to you all.
I don't listen to anything. Does listening to music help you sew better? If it does maybe I'll try it. I need to focus all my atttention on what I am doing. BrendaK

Usually anything from 50's to 80's, but also mix with easy listening, classical, and some country. It really depends on the mood I am in and what I want to get accomplished.

My husband has a collection of old country music stars and their music. I enjoy these from time to time.
