Meet Josephine!! I came home with her yesterday. Started putting her up today. Then the PROBLEMS came!! The frame won't sit straight, and the side-to-side encoder won't read. It's 10pm on Sunday, before a holiday!! AAKKK! I sent the dealer an email. I don't expect to hear from her until Tuesday, but I'm hopeful!

Just relax and reread the instructions. Have a cup of tea, and then be patient. Your quilt on the machine is beautiful. Things will work out.

I was about to send deepest condolences, then I saw the LSPoo, I mean LSU, quilt in the background ;) it might be bad SEC karma, I would try taking that down first and see if that works :)
