Awesome! I have a friend who used her dads (may he rest in peace) old ties to make an entire dresden quilt top. She used a black background....just like yours....very nice!

I really love this pattern and you did a great job. It is easy and fast to do. I am making hot pads and place mates for a friend from this pattern.

Greeeaaaaattttt Job!!!!! I love doing Dresden plates. I'm taking Craftsy's BOM and did the two different Dresden's. I like the modern Dresden, by the way. It's my Avatar. I'm making a whole quilt out of this red indian print and Kona white solid background. I think it will be very bold looking. And yes, I am going to wash the red first. I don't know if I need to, but I dang well am going to!
