I can remember when I found my first one. Daughter and I were at the second day of a yard sale when she walked around then end of a table and found a green and white case sitting on the floor tucked slightly under the end of the table. There was a white Featherweight in it. My heart raced. I didn't even know that they made white ones. The lady wanted $30.00 for it. I didn't have the money but left daughter as collateral while I went to the ATM. I have since found two other black ones and am planning on parting with them. If you might be interested PM me. I agree with the warning about the light getting HOT - not a problem until you FMQ and then the back of your hand is in the 'harp' so turn the light off then......or if this is the one model where the light is on whenever the machine is on be aware and use a burned out bulb in the light when FMQ

   hope this made sense....hard to explain

See www.221part.com for parts. For the manual you can go to www.needlebar.com. You got a really good deal for $100.00. You did say this was your first one, does that mean that there are more to come your way?
