You can print off the owners manual for free. Can't think of the site for that but someone else will be able to give you that info.

You can buy the fix for that trying to remember where I saw it. I think deskdave on ebay. Yep thats where it is.

In my experience, if you do get the light working, you might be a little disappointed. Mine gets so hot, I don't like to use it as it burns my hand, so I bought a bendy light to use instead. The little bracket is attached to my faceplate, as that way there won't be any danger of losing paintwork if I want to remove it.
