    Seeing what people find at yard sales and thrift stores, makes me want to go yard saling/thrift store shopping, and I sure don't need any more "stuff". Lack to room to store more. Not much room to sew either. But one of these days I am going anyway.

    Nice to see your friend's great offer. I can't drive (eye disease, no peripheral vision) so I don't get in on rummage or estate sale finds. Would be a fun time going through someone else's old treasure.

    Please, after you make your quilt show us the before and after pictures. I'm still new at this and sometimes can't figure out an appropriate way to use the scraps.
