I used the MSQC papers. I just made the side pieces bigger which gave me ample 1/4" between points. I posted my results in another post about this. I can't find it now though.

i also saw both of Jenny,s videos but i must say that i like the smaller periwinkle block better ,the one she show in the back ground on her frist video. i just what to thank you for pattern information will book mark it

I bought the template and papers on sale from MSQC. I made mine 7x7 blocks to make it a large quilt. It works up to a 13 inch block I didn't have a problem with my points though. I made it with 30's fabric and white and I did use 9 1/2 yards of white. There is a lot of waste but I will use most of it on scrappy quilts. I have all the blocks completed but going to quilt it QAYG so waiting for the weekend to get fabric for backing and batting. I LOVE MSQC. I do prefer the smaller blocks though. Anyone needing the "fix" video MSQC has it up on their site now.
