    I like your color combo just the way it is - no black. It is going to be beautiful and rich looking.

    Yall are the best! I tried it with the black melons and my DS who is 17, said "Wow". That's a lot from a 17 year old. I'm going to buy black fabric today. I like the idea of dark charcoal also. So we will see what jumps onto the cutting table.

    Sorry, I don't like the black. I think it is the only thing you see, not the gradations and the lovely print. I think it is too heavy. Have your thought about picking up the pale pink from the print? I usually don't jump in on these types of questions and I do like black for some backgrounds but not in this setting. BTW I love your print and gradations. Lovely choice of colors.
