    The curves are very easy Marion. Assemble the top first, then do them (I did by hand) so they can "fit" the corner easier.

    I really like this one, too. Do you think it adapts easily to being enlarged to a king size?

    It would be a square king! Unless you did 3 whole patterns across and maybe 4 down! As it is, it measures 34 1/2" square.

    Yeah, I saw that. So, if I added maybe one more row around the center star pattern, and then squared it up to make it about 80" square, it would probably work. I've not seen this pattern and am not familiar with how it's made.

    I did one with the folded back curves. If this is the one you are going to do.....beware it is a bear to quilt with the folds.....ask me how I know this :mrgreen:

    I did not know what a Mexican Star was until Kristie showed hers. Beautiful pattern beautiful work. Have fun with it Olivia! :mrgreen:
