I'm sorry, it's McCall's crafts pattern 2443 - "An American Tradition".

Thank you all for the suggestions. I'm going to use every one of them - thread paint the fleece carrots and the wrists on the mittens, and change the jute hair to embroidery thread hair. I've already changed the scarves from fleece to cotton.
Since the quilt top is so large I don't have room to hang it anywhere. It's going to be hand quilted by me, and the back is going to be red & white mattress ticking.
