It's the SES1000 - a "special" model/package made only for HSN. As I understand it, the machine is functionally the same as the CE 250. It has with cosmetic differences and it came with a lot of software and accessories that normally you have to buy separately.
I'm glad that your machine is working well for you - I've heard from several people with the 250's that they work fine.
For myself, though, the chance of getting another lemon is too high and I will never buy another modern Singer.
