Needing tips on quilting with high-loft poly batting!
#1
Help! I'm making a little (50" x 50ish) quilt for my 7yr old DGS using a big Batman panel with a wide border. I plan to just mainly outline the huge picture of Batman with quilting--sounds simple enough--and I want it to be really fluffy...and I happened upon a hugly discounted chunk of extra high loft batting, and, me, being no dumb, know that using high loft can be a real challange. I'm wondering if any of you have any 'tricks' you use to conquer quilting the high loft stuff! Thanks!

I would tie, too--you can always do the invisible tie if you do not want them to show. The other option is to machine tack instead of quilting.
I have hand quilted high loft, one stitch at a time, but do NOT look at the back on the one I did to give to DD!Very challenging to do, and will not try it again!
