I'd love to see a show that followed a charity quilt (for kids, for soldiers, etc.) from the shopping stage all the way to the end.
You'd meet the quilter(s), see the whole process of picking fabrics/patterns, etc - learn a little about them, and when it's finished, you'd also meet the recipient(s) and see their story, why they are getting the quilt, and so on.

I love all these great ideas! It would make me furious if someone went through my stash and decided which I would keep and which to discard!!!!! That happened to my stash several years ago and I am still looking for that fantastic piece bought at a fantastic bargain, never get so out of it you don't know what is happening to your stash!!

It could be like the antique shows where they put a dollar value on items..they could appraise machines, thread fabric...and we all could watch and drool! Or they could do sewing room makeovers..that would be cool!

We could do "Whose stash is it anyway?" as a title takeoff from from "Whose line is it?" and use a interview format like with the old Bachelor show where they had 3 bachelors or bachelorettes that were interviewed and then one of the 3 got a date with the interviewer. Except, the interviewer would have to guess which stash went with which quilter. The interviewer would also be a quilter and would receive a prize (gift card for more fabric for their stash??) for guessing correctly all three quilters' stashes.
