I've never stuck to a New Years Resolution so now I don't make any. Works for me.

I'd like to try the 15 minutes a day at my sewing machine resolution. There are so many days that go by that I just don't let myself get started because I don't have time for a marathon.......I think about how much I could get done in the accumulated 15 minutes per day.

I am doing the same as gmaybee, but once the Christmas holidays are over and I get the time to do it.

well...Last year I resolved to make 15,000 sq. inches in charity quilts (done--plus some woo hoo), finish some UFO's no number set (done) reduce the size of my stash (done) and lose a pound a month (not quite...only down 10).

This year, I will continue in the same vein, only up the charity to 16,000 sq. inches (odd, I know, but this way, I make larger quilts for Sewn in Love and smaller quilts for local LINUS.) it works for me. And I will attempt to lose 15 pounds this year at least. I think I can make it as I just re-signed up for more personal training sessions to keep me on task.

Not sure about my official resolution, but my quilting resolution is to make more quick, small quilt projects. They help me loosen up, learn new techniques, and use up my stash.

As a way to start this resolution, I just whipped up a little quilted door sign for my New Year's party! Happy 2011!
