There is a book or maybe it was just a pattern called, "Just Can't Cut It" that gives great ideas for those wonderful fabrics we are afraid to cut into. It uses large blocks of the beautiful fabric and then mixes smaller pieces of it in with a solid coordinating color to make the big blocks pop.

There is a quilting book titled "Too Pretty to Cut" and gives lots of patterns for materials that are just too pretty to cut. You may want to look at that, or cut big squares and put nine-patch squars of matiching fabric between them. Then add borders and you are done! Very lovely fabric!
