It's obvious. I think it would be more so if you do some "vertical" lines in there too, either with quilting or embroidery (not in black, but grey).
And maybe a circle in the middle of your small circle.

Even if you don't do the above, it would be obvious to a fan of the movies!

I do see the death star (had a son who lived Star Wars for years). I think you need both the vertical and horizontal lines -- the link from tothill should give you some ideas.
