Awww...I hope you didn't actually get hurt! I messed up my cutter the other night and DH wanted to "fix" it. I told him and told him..do NOT hold the blade on the edge!!!!! Well...you know the rest of the story..

When your inner voice tells you that whatever you are about to do is probably NOT a good idea - listen. For example, when you think you can trim that block without moving the other blocks off the table.......and you don't......and you end up cutting through a batch of blocks.....and the only person you can be mad at is yourself. heavy sigh!

When things start going wrong, just walk away. Sometimes taking a break is the best thing you can do. And I like to think about a problem I am having while falling asleep. Sometimes, i actually dream up the answer

I'm just trying to keep from getting stressed again ....I got so stressed back in December I had chest pains and my hubs took me to the ER. I was so embarrassed when they told me it was stress!! So now I just act NUTTY all the time. It much cheaper than the ER!!!!

Here's my advice work on one quilt at a time. I have been working on two and it has my brain scrambling, but they are almost done.
Also when ironing be careful and watch out fot that evil quilting fairy. It got me the other day twice. The second one still hurts.
