Hi,
Thanks for the info but what and where do you get comic boards. I have been trying different types of boards but so far too expensive. Next am going to a cardboard box store and see what theys have that I might be able to use. Looking at the shelves behind the lady from Hawaii is to be envied.

now my question about those boards is, can you just go and buy any old board at your local craft or hardware store. I have seen them at quilt shows and they looked like cardboard that was plastic. would those be acid free if you got a large sheet of it from a hardware or craft shop and cut them up yourself?
