Yeah! Got my newsletter today. Was a little worried but here it is. Just waiting for more changes, if there are any. Know this was a HUGE undertaking and it will work out. Decided NOT to read about complaints. Jumped OUT of the boards twice due to crabby quilters. Thought we just got mad at our sewing errors and pattern directions?

I'm having no problem at all, and find the new look interesting. I haven't been here too long so the transition may be easier than long-timers.

I think today it is a teeny tiny itty bitty smidgen of an atom bit easier to use the new board!! Hopefully, it will get easier every time I look at it.

Someone mentioned being able to "tag" things. What exactly does that mean? Anyone care to enlighten me?

Hope everyone has a lovely day.

Please may I ask you, how do I get color for text! I remember how from the older format but this new stuff is confusing! ;-)

So far, I've had no problems at all. It's more visually appealing, a much fresher and more modern look. I've not had much opportunity to be online lately, but popped in for a quick visit a couple of days ago and again today, no problems at all. Phew!

I'm just so sad that everyone is preoccupied with the changes and not discussing quilting for now. I love all the chitchat and pictures of new quilts. I'm not one that hates change, just find it challenging and am really looking forward to finding out how everything works. Wish there was a guide for all the changes. I loved Patrice's first little instruction sheet for the things to look for. I printed it out so I could remember how to access those, but I'm finding there are alot more that I would like to find.

When you go to reply to a message there should be a box above where you type..From there you can change the size of the text, color and writing styles..Hope this helps..You might have to go to settings and change the way the text looks to get the box?

OK! So I really am trying to figure this all out. I have enjoyed this every morning but I can't seem to find the new recipes
any more. Can some one help? Thanks so much

I just posted a negative comment - and thought I'd also post one here. In appreciation of all the work in setting up a new format. I will get used to it and will definitely stay - but are there some general instructions or Q&A anywhere to help us learn to navigate?
I still can't find out how to change font and color of text.
However, I do love this board!!

I agree that I was thrown for a loop yesterday and I still know very little about the new organization of the board. I will learn but it will take me a LONG time. I know that it took the admin. a long time to figure this out and right now I don't see the advantage to the new format, but I will hang around for a while and see how it goes. Thanks, Admin. for your efforts on our behalf. I love this board!!!
