IMHO, this new change brings the board up to date. Seems to be more like other forums (non-quilting) that I have looked at. Of course, it will take some getting used to, but for those that say they are leaving, they will also have to get used to a different style of forum. So why not stay and learn this one? We all help eachother out. That's what this board is all about. Thanks to all.

P.S. - Seems a little slow. Must be lots of members enjoying the site.

I am having some trouble, but I just keep forging ahead. I am now listed as a "Junior" member rather than a regular and I must say I think I like that. Implies that I am a much younger quilter.

I don't get how that is any different than "what's New" in the tab bar.

Thanks for the tip. As with most anything new, we panic. I hate change....but soon this will be familiar and we'll forget how the old forum looked/operated. I'm hoping to get out my "panic" mode after a few days!

Hey, it is there in plain sight. I hadn't really looked at the ads. Sort of have blinders on and only look at the section where we are posting. Thanks for sharing.

Total Thumbs Up to PatriceJ, ALL of the mods, the test group, THE FABULOUS DEVELOPERS, as well as all of you wonderful quilting board members who are willing to give this a try and go along with it!!! Keep up the AMAZING work and we WILL make it through this! Besides...what are a few bumps in the road on our way to something better? Hugs and love!!!

I am liking the new board more and more! There are so many new features to explore! A positive is the email notification, albums, and the fonts!
