I have been ordering from them since way back when they were Phoenix Fabrics. I have never had a problem. They also have good craft supplies and notions and of course patterns. They have really expanded their customer base by consistent good service and good quality merchandise.

I love fabric.com. I've only had one problem where I bought 1/2 yard of Wizard of Oz and they sent me 1 yd of dots. I called, they apologized, immediately sent the replacement (I think 2nd day, which I wasn't in a rush, but they insisted) and said I could keep the 1 yard.

Every other order has been perfect, and as someone said, they always do a generous cut which is very much appreciated

Fabric.com always sends a generous yard. Sometimes as much as 39"'
Also when I ordered braided trim from them last year it arrived untaped
and 1/2 yd had unravelled. They told me to keep that and sent a new perfect order. It was good to have extra because I always find that it is hard to match the braided ends....
Like David Went I love the free shipping if order is more than $35.

I had the same experience at a Wal-Mart, the electronic person was cutting material and a piece fell out he put in in with the large yardage piece. Your right stash getting larger.

I recently ordered 8.5 yards of fabric for a quilt back from Fabric.com. It was $3.95 clearance fabric. The order went smoothly and the fabric arrived yesterday. I pulled it out of the box, and a small piece the fabric, about 1/2 yard, fell to the floor. I thought they had pieced my 8.5 yard order, and that I would have to piece my quilt back. BUT -- when I measured the big piece, it was a generous 8.5 yards! I can only speculate that the smaller piece of fabric was all that was left, and so they included it in my order.

My tiny stash is now a bit larger!!

I ordered for the first time from them on Monday and I am waiting for the order. I am pleased to hear good things about them.

Yes, I love how they are generous with their cuts! Really fair when you think that most of the time fabric isn't straight on the bolt.

Fabric.com is my #1 online site. Never had a problem, fabric is nice and soft, never shortchanged, and could go on and one. Plus FREE shipping.

They are the best folks to deal with. Great prices for good quality fabric and they deliver SO quickly. I don't care if my fabric is this season's latest - it just has to be pretty to me. Fabric.com does right by me all the time.

It's nice to hear about positive experiences instead of just negative ones.
