If I forget the coupons (usually do) I just ask if they have any discount coupons and they have some that they run thru the register and I get the 40% off. BUT then HOBBY LOBBY is right next door so maybe they want to keep in good standing with their coustomers |

How awful :x I have no problem using mine at our local store. I guess your store never heard of "customer service".

Good for you for turning her in. The manager at our JoAnns dared me to report her for her attitude. I did. She regrets the dare :)
What bugs me most: management KNOWS this lady is a problem and yet they leave her. Apparently, they don't mind her driving customers from the store. |
