The world is definately changed since we were brought up and incidents such as this are more the norm now. I'm sorry you had to deal with this person however, I'm pleased Jo-Anne's corrected the problem.Sounds like it's time for Jo-Anne's to do an inservice day with their staff regarding customer service and their policy of club discounts.
