I have one of the bendable light and love it.I never sew without it. I mounted mine with a command poster mount and it is great. I too have a computerized and didn't want to mess that up.

I bought one from a small quilt shop paid a little more than 40.00, love the direct light that it shines but how does everyone keep it attached to their machine? The sticky square that came with it does NOT hold! It falls off after a few hrs!

Mine is not a magnet .It has sticky tabes that hold it.

I love mine, have two of them. They are on sale right now on www.sew4less.com for $24.99. I buy from them often and they are very reliable if anyone is interested. They are usually right at $50.00 in the LQS's.

Mine has the sticky square and it has held it solid, no problem.

So if your sticky has quit ... just purchase some more. Look for the sticky that has some foam on it, and also look for one that refers to it being super-sticky!

Yes I have it and love it!

Besides using it for sewing, I also use it to shine on my face to tweeze eyebrows and chinny chin chin hairs ... I keep a magnifying mirror nearby. Works great for seeing those frustrating hairs, LOL.

So mine gets double duty.
