Both will look great.
How about the red with black binding.

I would be interested to see a black stop border instead of the white, and then the top red for the wide border. Don't overthink this one; they all look great, so whatever you choose will be lovely!

I liked the narrow white and wider black better than the red ones.

How about taking photographs of what you have in mind a look at them.

It is amazing how different things look in photos as compared to "real life."
