i have found that 99% of the brick & mortor shops have the same policies- its not just on line shops-
very seldom do you find a place willing to take back cut fabric- most of the larger stores around here do charge a (re-stocking fee) it's just the way things are going- don't blame being on line- it's all over the place. |
I think I know but am not comfortable saying. Just be sure to check the fine print, so to speak.
