I thought I had a 100% satisfaction guarantee (that's what was stated in the policy) but when I read down further they: don't take back cut fabric, they don't take back notions, they don't take back machine acessories, they don't take back books patterns, or kits. Plus I did not read there is a 25% restocking fee. The lady was very rude when asked to return fabric that did not look like the photo. Now I've already returned the fabic and I'm wondering if I will get all of my money back or would I have been better off keeping it.

As someone stated, most retail outlets will not let you return cut fabric unless there is something wrong with the fabric. Support your local quilt shop. Oh, the joys of shopping on-line....
