I just did a "Dirty Little Secret" yesterday. I'm making pot holders and learning to do free hand quilting on the machine. When I finished quilting the first one, turned it over and straight down the middle, diagonally, There was an over lap of fabric a quarter inch deep. I was mortified. So------I turned the excess over to one side, stitched it down, then sent to the other side and stitched to match.

Geeeese am I dumb.

"Secrets"? In quilting we call them "Tips", simple sematics.

Imagine the secrets our quilting "foremothers" must have had! I can't help but wonder what they'd think of the internet and our Little Board.
