I would leave it, I would have thought you intended for it to be like that!! It is really beautiful!!!

I like it the way it is - beautiful quilt and darling puppy!

Leave it unless it bothers you. The quilt, colors, and pattern are just beautiful.

If it bugs you, rip it, if not it looks beautiful the way it is.

I usually let things be but, honestly, it wouldn't take much to rip and re-sew. I am always surprised at how easy it is to do something like that -- especially after I have dreaded it so much. I've fudged tons of things in tops but, in this case, the border would bug me if I didn't take the time to fix the sides.

Edit: Just read Dunster's post about changing the top & bottom instead of the sides. I like that look better too, and it's less work.

I agree with the general feeling on the board. If it really bothers you, change it. However, the uniqueness of it is amazing

No way would I change it. It makes it unique, and yours. However, if you won't be happy with it like it is, you had better change it.

Love the quilt! I wouldn't change a thing! Who said it was a "mistake"? Wasn't it an "on purpose"? I love the different direction geese. Adds more interest to an already interesting sampler quilt. I so like your "design choice"!
