I don't think "girlie " when I look at them.

IMO, Gender neutral..

I vote boys would like dots.

I think dots are neutral. The color or pattern might make a difference.
I like your blocks. They would be good for a male or female. |
I asked DS (he's 18) if these were feminine & he said yes.:( He would not like 'em. He said that it wasn't the dots yet he couldn't put his finger on what it was. Like I said before they don't look feminine to me.

I don't think dots are feminine, especially not in black and white. I love dots and think that your blocks are amazing.

It looks soooo good and def not feminine. Love the pattern. More pics as you go please. I'd love to make this one.

i've never heard of dots being feminine, many many guys like dots---there are plenty of guys out there though who would not want their boy to have the pink edges though- pink is still one of those colors that (manly men) through fits about if there is any hint of it in anything for (their boy)
great blocks! but if i was making a gender neutral quilt i would edge in purples, blues, greens, oranges, yellows---stay away from pink---and maybe it 's just my computer making it look pink and really it's red? red as long as it's not predominant is ok |
