I have 75+ but they are for specific patterns. I could get by with less but am a little anal when it comes to measuring. Having the proper size ruler to square up helps me make fewer mistakes. I don't always think right and forget what I am doing on occasion and this just helps keep me on track.

I have 7, and use 4 of them regularly. I use the others too, just not as frequently.

Templates are a separate category, having a lot just means you've done a variety of work. :D But I have a bunch of rulers. Sometimes the price for a set is best, but then you get that rarely used one. I have 6.5 & 12.5" square. 6x24, 6x12, 4x12. Couple of SMALL ones that came in sets-good for the portable sewing kit, next to the machine, even your purse.

I think I have about 5 (without going to the studio to check). Hmm . . . maybe I need more!

I have two templet and 7 ish rulers. I think. And use three religiously and the rest depending on project.

Of all my rulers the best one is Quilt In A Day's triangle square up ruler. Use it the most besides my 6 1/2 by 12 and 24.
Many have not used at all.

I have quite a few; but not more than 30.

I have 3 - 6.5 and 12.5 square and a 6x24. I can't imagine needing any others.

I have 10, I think. :wink: One still in its wrapper and have had it going on a year now. It is for a special project that I have not started yet. There is one that I have "miss placed" :-( , but I know I have it. Of those, there are 2 that I use all the time and one that I just found that I will be using a lot also.

When I see a ruler on clearance for a few dollars I buy it. I have several of the same rulers. When Tuesday Morning store sell the EZ Angle, June Taylor, and Olfa 6 x 24 rulers
for .99 - $4.99, no way I'll not buy even if I already have them.

I'm way behind. I only have 3 - 6x24, 12x12 and 60 deg. Diamond rulers. And since I just bought an Altos QuiltCut2, I will only need to buy rulers for the longarm going forward.

2 rulers, 1 cloth measuring tape, 2 home made templates (using cereal boxes), and my cutting mat

Uh.... YEP! But I wish I had that many! Templates I don't think I really have any. I have about 10 rulers and love them all!

Are you only counting the thicker acrylic ones?
