Graph paper -

Am I the only person in the quilting world that still uses it?

yep... LOL actually I doubt it

I still have some but haven't used it since I bought my first EQ program in 1995. Don't use my coloring pencils either.

I use it! Mainly for working out designs and the size to cut pieces. I also use it when trying to create a brand new design from scratch.

I use it to figure out what size to make setting pieces and fill strips for the modern quilts that I design. I'm trying to learn EQ7 but have to admit it is way easier for me to pull out the graph paper when trying to solve those kinds of problems.

I still use it. I have a quilt sketchbook (with graph paper) I use it to keep ideas and to save blocks I've seen and liked. It also has beginning sketches of some of my quilts. I also tuck folded graph paper in it. I enjoy going back and looking through it and even shaking my head and laughing.

I use it for planning and designing. I found a composition book (you know the ones with the black and white cover) with graph paper inside instead of lined at Walmart. Only one there and have never seen another one since. I made a fabric cover for it and I use it for sketches, planning, designing, keeping track of measurements, etc. When I use it up, I don't know what I will use. Only drawback is that it is not perforated, so if you tear out a sheet, another one on the opposite side will fall out.

I love graph paper and use it often.

If I need it I print it out the size grid I need. I use EQ7 for color and drafting. BearPawquilter, Staples have those graph composition books.

I use it all the time. I have also printed it onto foundation paper which is really handy when I am graphing a one-off or a trial block. I work better with a visual aid so I love the stuff. (and I still have my coloured pencils :) Guess I am a technical dinosaur)
