pretty much No. I have a mitering one somewhere, never use it. have the binding connection one too and never use it. I will save it for braid quilts. you stop stitching 1/4 from the corner, then stitch off (I do that at an angle) then remove your quilt from under needle. place binding straight above that corner and fold down evenly with edge of quilt, place under needle and start sewing again. continue on. you have just made your miter. try and try again. you will get it and realize how easy it really is.
