The link doesn't work well. Go to the site and search carpet.

Do a web search for Martelli rotary cutters. I just found a new one on E-bay because I needed to replace my old one. It's my favorite brand of rotary cutter because it's ergonomic, which is easier on my arthritic hand.

I bought a big batch or blades on ebay months ago--but every time I stick in a new one, the joy of ease only seems to last a short time before it's skipping again. Frustrating! I won't change it very often... stubborn, I guess.

And does it matter what direction the washer goes?

Haven't lately but need to.

Harbor Freight, the blades are called Replacement Carpet Cutter Blades item#97642. Hope this helps you.

Good Luck

I have been using a titanium blade for over 6 months now and it's still sharp. I figure I would have gone through at least 3 reg ones. They are harder to find and a little more expensive but worth it to me.

Ahh you are not alone, I finally changed mine after cutting 12 quilts out, it was a Harbor Freight blade and i cant complain for the money that was invested into it.

I finally had to break down & chg. mine the other day since it was taking about 3 swipes to get all threads cut. Talk about cheap..........I have a nice supply from Harbor Freights so I have no other excuse.
