Very nice blocks- both colors look good, but blue has the edge.

the blue blends & sets the blocks. yellow floats them.
try a sashing of blue,yellow, blue.about 1" @ finished. where they meet for the cornerstones, make a reverse 9-patch.
would be very striking. pretty blocks.

The blue looks blue/gray to me... my sons would love it. The yellow would be for a girl or woman. It looks lovely, either way.

I like the blue but I would put a small sashing of yellow then a larger sashing of blue then you have both and the yellow inside would bring out the blue more.

I like the yellow for the sashing and the blue for the binding.

I like them all. Maybe you could use a small blue border, then a wider yellow one? Very pretty blocks!

the blue makes it look richer to me. The yellow is nice, but the blue is really nice.

Who is it for? Male or female they both are great! The yellow is so retro, and the blue just is classic to me! Either one! Make yourself happy!
