I think this is a sweet quilt....if you want ugly you should see my first quilt. Now that is ugly!! But...I kept it. I never finished it bec it was useless. I mean....REALLY!! Only one other person has seen it and she begged so hard I finally showed it to her. She was stunned. Determined to "save" it, she had to think about it for a day or so, then emailed me and said, "I know what you can do with your quilt!! Finish it, donate it to the blind, and they will never see how ugly it is but it will keep them warm because of all the love you sewed into it!!" It is told to make you laugh and to help you understand that there is "good" in everything, just look for it. I love your quilt and I like the white sashing.

I also love the blue and yellow. Either the blue or white sashing would look nice but I am wondering what yellow would look like. I think that would give it a 30's look and you have less yellow in your blocks than the other colors.

I like the blue the best. Your quilt is definitely NOT ugly! I really like the blue and yellow together, and actually am saving up fabric scraps to make a scrappy quilt very similar to yours.

I like both colors. Blue and yellow are my happy colors. My kitchen is blue and yellow. I have a room done in blue and yellow. When it is all done it will be beautiful. My very first wall hanging/quilt was blue and yellow!!!

I like the blue even a darker blue would be pretty.

I like the blue sashing...it brightens up the yellow pieces. I'm going to be the oddball here because I do think there is such a thing as an ugly quilt. But you DO NOT win that prize with this quilt. I love where you're headed with this quilt. Blue and yellow combo is very pretty. If you can't bear to look at this "ugly" quilt when you are done, please send it to me. I think it is pretty. I like the white
