I agree with this - the sagey (lighter) green would be my choice. And I agree with jcrow about adding another red.

A very cool pattern that calls for an odd number of colors is Hidden Wells. You could go with 5 or 7 of the fabrics, and use the others as complementing borders.

Seeing the fabrics you have, why not make a sampler of different blocks. Pick what you would like your borders to be and cut them first, use what remains for the squares. You might want to get a solid to use as background.
That would make it traditional and you wouldn't get bored making the same block over and over.
