just finished making 14 mended hearts mug-rugs for a support group. Each heart used 3 separate fabrics. Enjoyed the pattern but it's out of my system for now ;)

I have made at least 7 Bargello quilts all with different colored fabric. Love that pattern. And I do make more than one of several of my patterns. Always different colors of fab. Right now I am working on the Twister Pattern different sizes. There are four different size rulers. Made a queen size and several placemats. Will soon use the 5 inch ruler and make a lap robe. Already have the fab picked out

I have made 4 or 5 Double Slice Quilts, from MQSC video. Good way to use lots of big pieces of fabrics, 10" squares. Goes together quickly. I recently made three Dresden Plate Quilts.
I have lots of quilts I want to make but, I usually just do with what I want to make at the time.

when I first started it might have been when Eleanor Burns just started getting popular and she had the Trip Around the World, Quilt in a Day instructions out. I must have made 7 or 8 of those . Now I prefer variety.

i have made three variations of the rail fence. it's so simple and lovely and *fast*.

and if you're not a quilter it has a big wow! factor for a (relatively) little bit of work :)

The only quilts have I done more than once are Blooming Nine Patch and One Block wonders. These change so much with the fabrics you use that it is like a new pattern

None more than once except for S & W and then different sizes, different fabric, different colors, different settings and they all look very different.

I've done a number of Bargello quilts but I don't know if that can really count- since each one is so totally different- it's just the same technique- not the same pattern...other than bargello's I pretty much never make the same quilt twice--once I make it once i'm over it and ready to do something different

I make a pattern once and then it become boring and need to do a different one. I counted the other day and have 10 kits put together and hope to get them started in June while DH is out of town and I plan to sew baby sew and only take time to eat and sleep. Plan on having enough needs and thread so that I won't have to stop and run into town and buy any supplies. This is my dream time and plan on using it wisely.
