It would make a nice feature fabric in a disappearing 9 patch or large center square of a courthouse step or log cabin block. It would as the center of a square within a square block.

Borders or sashing being careful when you cut so that the roses are always upright.

I agree that the warm wishes would be the best pattern for this print.
