fabric .com has their daily specials - and I was bitten today - you always need interfacing - right? I couldn't find my coupon code for 15% discount - so I ordered anyway - afterall - free shipping - I already figured I got a discount.

Then I signed onto this board - and up came the code !! I looked at the email receipt for my purchase . . . and they had a contact cutomer service area

SO I emailed them and put in the code that was posted ont he board

And what to my surprise - I got a response with a 15% credit on today's order !! that I had previously placed!!

Now that's customer service !!

I'd sure like to know how you get discount codes to pop up when you sign on. I've never seen one. And I just placed and order this morning with them.

I'm kinda new here so apparently, I don't know all the secret places to look.

I'm curious too-unless I notice a post that someone happens to mention a code, I miss them as well.

I've apparently gone blind. I see nothing on the Home/Index page indicating any kind of discounts from any shop.

I know you can type the word 'coupon' in fabric.com's search bar and get a one-time 10% coupon, and occasionally they have what they call 'box' coupons, but I surely don't see anything on this forum's index page about coupons.

I have had fantastic results when ordering from them.

This site - when you first get the notice that today's 'edition' is ready - which for me was late today!!!
Really really late !

Last week I placed an order with them for around $40 including 1 1/2 yds of Kona Cotton Blue Jay. Instead of Blue Jay, I received a very pale peach fabric, wish I knew exactly which one it is but the sticker said "Blue Jay." I called about it and the lady told me they would send the Blue Jay right away and to keep the peach fabric, and use it in another project or donate it. It's so pretty I know the next binge will be fabric to match it--at Fabric.com, of course! They are the best!

I love fabric.com! Got a couple of my quilting buddies hooked on them too this summer!

I have ordered from them several times, and they always have good service and generous cuts too. One time they sent me the wrong thing. They corrected it and told me to keep the fabric that they had sent me in error.

After you place an order with them and sign up for their newsletter, you will typically get a 15% off "Thank You" code a couple of weeks after you order.

I'm officially blind (or insane). I don't see a 'most talked about thread' and I don't see any coupons for anybody.

I've thought about suggesting a stickied thread of some kind where people could post coupon codes with their expiration dates, but never got around to it. I run a forum totally unrelated to quilting or sewing, and I have a separate "SALE" section where members post if they hear of or get emails about any supplier sales. That would be wonderful here.

Sign up for their emails and you'll get discount codes almost every month. Near the end of the month, they send a code, such as CLEAR811, and you get a discount on all sale fabric. I think this one was 25% off any of the fabric listed in the discount section of the website.

I have ordered a lot from Fabric.com. They do not scrimp when cutting the fabric - I have ordered a yard and gotten as much as a yard and a half. One time they sent me one wrong fabric, and when I called they said to keep what they sent and they immediately sent the correct fabric.

This happened to me too.
Someone cut the panel crooked that I received and they told me to keep the one and sent me a new one

Fabrc.com is one the best companies I have ever dealt with...they know where their paychecks originate and care about the customer.
