A while back after I cleaned up my quilt room, I determined I had enough fabric to make quilts continuously for the rest of my life (especially if it's a long one).
I decided I wouldn't buy any more fabric until I had reduced my stash by a lot. Ha Ha  All it takes is to see a really good sale and find fabrics I like, and I buy, buy, buy!! But, all I have to do is look at the overwhelming volume of fishing supplies my hubby has, and I feel fine. He has never said one word about me buying fabric. He even bought me a new sewing machine for Christmas last year.(One I would never have spent so much money on!) All in all, I don't consider myself an addict. I am a well supplied hobbyist! :D :D |
I like the well supplied hobbyist label, Ditter! The organizer is a good way to have fabric samples with you. Very nice!

I like to think of ALL that moeny I have saved, by buying the fabric when I find great sales....it would have cost SO MUCH more if I hadnt gotten it on sale, so really, I am saving money every time I spend some....that makes sense to all of my quilting sisters, yes?

I don't see that as a problem, I thought it was an asset. Just come and live next door to me and we can share fabric and ideas!!! LOL
