I agree with many others that the block looks lovely. It would be more impactive if it had more contrast. Great job.

The truth is hard to pin down. In the bathtub of history, it is as hard to hold as a bar of soap and much more difficult to find... Terry Prachett. "Sorcery"

Have you thought about using the more solid pink as your background? It would help contrast the other lovely fabrics. Or even half pink half blue background could be fun, sort of a night and day effect.

Good luck, you have a fun pattern, neat fabric, and a cute machine to play with!

The busyness is okay, but you need more contrast. See how the darker blue & pink stand out? you need two like that opposite each other & it will be fine.

just my thoughts. it is 'heavy' in the bottom left corner

I agree my eyes immediately went to the bottom left.

If you sash it with blue or pink, that will balance it out beautifully!

I was thinking of making a 4 block by 4 block baby girl quilt. Thanks!

IT REALLY LOOKS VERY NICE A LOT OF PIECEING TO ME BUT WELL WORTH IT .TRUELY LOOKS GOOD.
