Thank you all so much! My husband just left to deliver a baby quilt that I was supposed to take to a baby shower today. The mom wanted gray. It's my first heavier quilted quilt. I used 80/20 batting and it turned out so soft after it was washed. Before washing it was kind of stiff.

Wow! I'm so impressed! By both the piecing and the quilting. It's beautiful!

Littlebearquiltingboard, that is gorgeous!

I'm actually working from a hotel room today in Allentown, PA. We have a trade show to attend this weekend, but I managed to convince my husband to let me beg off today and just sit and sew.

I've brought a few projects I prepped Thursday. Right now, I'm using a peacock batik and black terry cloth to make 12 reusable "paper towels" for part of my cousin's wedding gift (July wedding) out of 12.5" squares. I have 12 cocktail napkins to make from the same batik. But I left the table topper portion of the gift at home. I'm working on a small double wedding ring piece with coordinating fabrics.

I also brought 4 child sized adjustable aprons that I'm making for my daughter's class to use. I'm using a thicker canvas fabric from Ikea for it that I got on clearance. It's the same as what's posted here: http://teachlovecraft.com/wp-content...keaFabric2.jpg

And I have another uniform dress to finish for my daughter. She's just about out of her current size, so I should really get my but in gear on that one.

Do you have a pattern for the adjustable apron? I have been searching the internet for a pattern for a 6 year old with little success. would appreciate it if you had an idea where I could find child size adjustable apron pattern :)

It's a lot easier than it looks! I just had trouble with getting all the seams to match up nicely. It came together so quickly, I thought it would take me ages! I say go for it, don't be scared of them!

My Sunday plans got canceled, so I was able to play along. First picture is the fabric, it had 2 B&W stripes and 2 of the cream. Decided to use the cream & make stack & whack 4 patch poseys. Think I'm going to sash with beige, black cornerstones. The black & white stripe will be a wide border. Need to trim the blocks, then arrange. I failed to notice that many of my cuts were very close pattern wise, so many similar blocks. Should have moved the ruler over a bit, but all in all I'm happy with this beginning.
