Mine are attached with double sided carpet tape and than with clear duct tape on top.

i used double sided tape and then i have velcro to attach the quilt to the leaders so i don't have to pin anything

I would stick with velcro...I bought my sticky side only from a sewing machine /long arm place... Try this link:

On the longarm I rent, they are attached with duct tape. It's never been a problem with me. The machine is 5 years old, and she's never had to replace the tape. Hope that helps!

Velcro, Velcro, Velcro. So much easier to take off & on.

I have an Innova 26 and the leaders are fastened to the poles with duct tape. I use leader grips to fasten the quilt to the leaders.

They make zippers and they work wonderful
