The high end Pfaffs had a stitch that could look pretty much like hand quilting. I have one, but never used the stitch.

my machine, a Husqvarna, has that special stitch. I tried it once and never again. I wished I hadn't started it at all. yes, on the top it could be said to look like a hand stitch. but not on the back. And, it took forever to stitch. I think it would've been faster by hand--lol--I finally thought that this is by machine anyway and not hand, so does it really matter? Nah... just mho

I was told by my Bernina dealer that invisable thread (good quality) on top and whatever color in bobbin would look like hand quilting. It also shows that in the quilting book that came with my machine. Good Luck

I have this machine and I have used the hand stitching. Looks pretty good, especially if you turn up the stitch length so it is spaced out a little

LOL If you guys saw my hand stitching you would know why that is the last thing I would ever want my machine to make something look like.
