I have a small minature iron that I got at JoAnns for $9.99 a few months ago. It is red and I get lots of comments about the cute iron. I use it when I make turned wash and tear glue appliques. The best part is that it is so small that I can take it with me when I travel. I estimate it is only about 4" long. It isn't going to get super hot but it certainly gets hot enough for use on small pieces.
